Welcome to TravAcs! By registering as a User or TravAcser, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your engagement with TravAcs.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By signing up for TravAcs services as a User or a TravAcser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the User Agreement and TravAcser Agreement (Under Profile Section During submitting your profile) applicable to you.
- These terms, along with the agreements mentioned, form a legally binding contract between you and TravAcs.
- TravAcs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
- General Guidelines
- All bookings, payments, and service provisions must go through the official TravAcs platform.
- Direct contact between Users and TravAcsers outside of TravAcs’ platform is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties, including possible termination from the platform.
- All Users and TravAcsers must treat each other with respect and professionalism. Any misbehavior, harassment, or misconduct will lead to strict action.
- Users must ensure accurate information while booking services, including the number of people in a trip. Unreported additional users may lead to trip cancellation.
- Payments & Service Fees
- Users must make full payment before the trip begins to confirm their booking.
- Any additional hours beyond the pre-booked time must be paid within 24 hours after the trip ends.
- Late payments will incur a ₹25 per hour penalty, and further bookings will not be allowed until dues are cleared.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Users must cancel at least 6 hours in advance for a refund. Late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.
- If a User fails to show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued unless under extenuating circumstances.
- If TravAcs is unable to provide a service, a full refund will be issued.
- TravAcsers’ Code of Conduct
- TravAcsers must not directly offer services to Users outside the TravAcs platform. Violating this policy will lead to strict action, including termination.
- TravAcsers must follow all company protocols and guidelines while assisting Users.
- Health & Safety
- Users and TravAcsers must comply with local health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19 regulations.
- Users must disclose relevant medical conditions at the time of booking to ensure a safe travel experience.
- TravAcs is not responsible for any medical emergencies but will assist in locating healthcare services if needed.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- TravAcs values privacy and ensures that personal data is handled with confidentiality, as per applicable data protection laws.
- Personal details will only be shared with necessary parties to fulfill services.
- Liability & Dispute Resolution
- TravAcs is not responsible for external service failures such as transportation delays or infrastructure issues beyond its control.
- Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with TravAcs. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration under Indian jurisdiction.
